A private family office is looking for an administrative assistant to assume the following responsibilities: 

Professional Responsibilities: 

  • Calendar Management & Scheduling

  • Providing administration for investment related work 

  • Providing logistical support for occasional events and conferences

  • General admin support for family office and philanthropic work

  • Maintaining legal documentation

  • Reporting and administration for donations and investments

Personal Support

  • Administration and record keeping of physical files including general banking and household  

  • Creating a digital filing system

  • Maintaining family and personal records 

  • Recording monthly bank movements and fund movements

  • Paying and maintaining records of Hebrew utility bills   

The position is full-time working with our team based in Jerusalem and remotely. Salary commensurate with experience. 

  • High level of English - spoken and written

  • High level of Hebrew - spoken and written
